I am reposting this because every fall I start seeing people post tons of wild things about making pumpkins last. I have seen at least a dozen ideas from people of things to coat or soak a pumpkin in from hairspray to coconut oil. Honestly, if you chose a pumpkin with a good dry stem, no cuts or soft spots and place it in a dry area it will last for months. Once you cut the pumpkin for decoration it will start to break down. If you make a good selection, keep it dry it and uncut you can enjoy it for decorations and eat it for Thanksgiving or next spring!

Fall has always brought joy to our family, especially over the past five years, as we have shared our farm with friends and neighbors. However, due to other commitments and crop issues, we have made the difficult decision not to open this season. We want to thank all our customers for their love and support. We are not closing, just taking a break. Look for other events with us in the future. Have a great fall, y'all!
