🚨 BREAKING NEWS: DOLORES HAS PASSED 🚨

In a shocking turn of events, we regret to report that half of Dolores has left this earthly realm.

After being carefully dehydrated and ground into a fine powder, her remains have been preserved for generations to come. 🕯️

But before anyone starts crying…

THE ORIGINAL DOLORES IS STILL ALIVE.

Yes, that’s right. The other half remains with us, standing strong and refusing to go quietly into that good night. 😂

Sources close to Dolores report that she is doing remarkably well under the circumstances and has shown no signs of slowing down.

Her fallen half, now reduced to a glorious powdered form, will continue to serve a higher purpose and will be with me forever ❤️

She may be gone…
But she is NOT forgotten.

🕊️ Rest in Powder, Dolores. 🕊️

Long live Dolores.
Dolores will never truly die. 😂❤️

Six quarts of my very first home-canned, dry-packed carrots are officially on the pantry shelf! I’d call that a pretty successful canning day.

As for the carrots that didn’t make the cut… they were immediately recruited into crockpot duty. No complaints—they sacrificed themselves for a delicious dinner. 🥣

From the garden to the jar to the dinner table all in one day—that’s hard to beat!

Who’s canning this season? I’d love to know what you have canned so far this season!

🚨 WANTED: A JOB FOR DOUGHLORIS 😂 Doughloris has officially chosen chaos. Doughloris has been fed, she’s fully caffeinated (with flour), and she’s literally trying to escape the jar to find someone who needs fresh sourdough. If you’ve been thinking about starting your sourdough journey, this is your sign. Come adopt Doughloris before she packs her own bags and leaves. 🍞💨
