Survived the heat of Burlington, KS at the Smoke on the River double! Day 1 saw us make brisket turn-in by :01. Needless to say I wasn’t used to cooking solo and it showed 😬

Clawed our way back to the 700 club list🔥🔥

The 700 Club had a strong field this weekend, led by We Will Rock Que at 707.4172.

A special shoutout to Smokey Bey’s Barbecue, who posted a 705.0972 and also won the keys to a successful barbeque restaurant at Kansas City International Airport starting in March of 2027. That is huge!

Made it to our stopping point for the night and need to rave about the Madison BBQ Party🎉🎉🎉 Live music, riverfront parking, reliable power and water, cool wooden trophies, friends and family visits, and some awesome local spots we enjoyed!
