Celadon eggs are not only unique in color, but they come from specially selected Coturnix quail known for their beauty, productivity, and charm. We can’t wait to see what hatches!

Our Celedon quail have started laying, and their eggs are absolutely stunning — a soft, sky-blue that almost looks too pretty to be real. 💙

What makes them special?

✨ Celedon eggs get their signature blue hue from a pigment called biliverdin, deposited in the shell as it forms.
