I am thankful each and every day for the privilege of living life. I love my husband Craig, my five grown children as well as my in-law children and all 20 of my living grandchildren. My parents have long been deceased but my mother-in-law Sheryl is still with us thank the Lord. I am an avid learner and I live each day hoping to learn something new to me and be able to master that and pass it on to others of like mindedness.

100 grams of einkorn berries milled at #10 setting in my Mockmill 200 equals 100 grams whole grain flour. Settings matters so the coarser we set our mills
We reduce the flour amount slightly. @ #5 it milled to 99 grams
