SKIRT STEAK — one underrated cut!

I just recently gave skirt steak a try myself and WOW!🤤 I honestly didn’t know what I had been missing. When cooked right, this cut is packed with flavor, juicy, and SO good!

I cooked this one up in a cast iron skillet and served it with eggs and homemade salsa for a simple but seriously delicious meal. 🍳🍅🥩

It was HOT… so hot. 🥵 But the work still had to be done.

And even in the middle of it, he took the time to stop, teach her, and show her how to do it. He didn’t just let her help he took the time to teach her, and those little moments are building her confidence and showing her that she’s capable.

She was so proud of herself last night, and that made my heart so happy. ❤️

To some, he may be an as***le 🤪 but to some of us, he’s our whole world. 🌎🥰❤️
