In loving memory of the two fallen firefighters. 🖤 May they rest in peace, and may their families, fellow firefighters, and the Weslaco community find strength and comfort during this difficult time. 🚒🕊️🚑

Sometimes what you envision in your head doesn’t come together the same way in reality.

I experimented with the deviled seafood boil eggs, bacon, peeled shrimp, Buldak noodles, and even considered loose corn. But between the limited space, the time-consuming bacon, and everything else, it just wasn’t coming together how I pictured it. 😩

I was excited to bring something different to the table

I’d rather perfect something before putting it on my menu.

Guys… I have a few things up my sleeve that I’ve been wanting to try and experiment with! 👀🤭🔥

Of course, I gotta test, taste, and perfect everything before even thinking about adding it to my menu!

I’m gonna take advantage of these days that we’re closed to get creative in the kitchen! 👩‍🍳🦐

And to my SPICY LOVERS… 🌶️🔥 I have a feeling y’all are gonna LOVE what I have in mind! 🤭

Man, there’s SO much I wanna do and bring to the table, but my time is so limited! 😩😂 One thing about me, though… my mind NEVER stops coming up with ideas!

Nothing is set in stone just yet, but stay tuned to see what Miss Claudia is up to next! 👀🦀🔥
