I raise these just how I wanted my family to eat. This is a different kind of red meat. Nothing like what you will purchase in the grocery store.

Young male jack donkey available. Less than 2 years old. He will eat treats from our hands but he’s not in your pocket. He has a beautiful build. He’s been in various electric fenced acreage and rotated with goats, horses, pigs, cattle and livestock guardian dog as well as other donkeys. We always take him out pastures when livestock is birthing.

Can you guess what I got for my birthday? I’ll give you a clue I purchased a straight run of 10. They are the heaviest goose breed. It will take 4-5 months to raise to butchering weight. I was surprised when Josh told me I had $300 of geese in my lap.

What’s not to love about the Bielefelder chickens? Originally from Germany, these docile birds were bred to be dual purposed and friendly. They are good layers of large brown eggs and mature to 9-12 pounds depending on their s*x and diet. They are excellent at free range foraging, are heat tolerant, cold hardy, and continue to lay through much of the winter. They are an auto s*xing breed that can be sorted at the time of hatching so we are able to guarantee proper identification and can provide customers with all pullets, roo’s, or any desired ratio in a mixed flock. Meet the Black Jersey Giants. This dual purpose breed lays a good number of large brown eggs and matures to a sizable bird for the table. The males weigh 13 pounds and females average 10 pounds once fully grown. They are active foragers in a free range setting and have striking black feathers with a green sheen. They are prone to setting and make excellent mothers. They are an excellent choice for colder climates and often continue to lay throughout the winter. We maintain a closed flock and only introduce new lines as eggs or day old chicks from clean, tested facilities.
