45years ago, Susan opened the doors to Caffè Cappuccino with a vision, a lot of determination, and more hustle than most people could imagine. That little café would eventually grow into what is now Catering The Event, and she’s been crushing it ever since.

This photo captures the early days, but anyone who knows Susan knows the same energy, passion, and work ethic are still very much intact. She built this company from the ground up, created opportunities for so many people along the way, and continues to lead with heart, grit, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

We’re endlessly grateful for her vision and inspired by her every day.
