Our Pilsner is our first release for the project, with proceeds going to the foundation to support that work. With our Venezuelan roots, helping build this and seeing our brewing community get behind it means a lot to us.

We’re excited to have P.A.N. US supporting this year’s Skip the Line and being part of what we’re cooking.

With our Venezuelan roots, having P.A.N. involved means a little extra to us. And our Trippy Kitchen crew is putting it to work.

Fried arepitas made with Harina P.A.N., filled with slow-cooked short rib, Maltín Polar glaze, queso de mano (a soft, fresh Venezuelan cheese), and guasacaca (a Venezuelan green herb sauce).

We’ll also be serving fried cachapitas made with P.A.N.’s sweet corn mix at the South Dade Kia booth. Make sure that stop is on your list.

On June 24, Venezuela was hit by two earthquakes back to back. The first response matters, but rebuilding takes years. Long after the headlines move on, communities still need people showing up.

That is why we created Proyecto Araguaney with our pana Miguel Rivas **rtrekker, in partnership with .

Named after Venezuela’s national tree, the Araguaney became a symbol of resilience, hope, and what can grow after difficult moments.

Breweries around the world are joining to support long-term recovery.

Behind Cry Baby’s sweets is pastry chef Stephanie Diaz, making small-batch ice cream with nostalgic flavors and mix-ins baked right in their own kitchen. A Miami creamery with plenty of personality and a serious commitment to what goes into every scoop.

From Coral Gables, Façade is a neighborhood bakery and café known for sourdough bread, French pastries, and a menu built around seasonal ingredients. The kind of place where the baking gets just as much attention as the cooking.

Our friends at South Dade Kia are back with us for Skip The Line 2026.

We’ve been working together for years, and this year we’re doing something a little extra special.

For the event, their South Dade Kia will arrive with a full custom wrap. One side dedicated to Skip The Line, and the other to Proyecto Araguaney, our new worldwide b**r collaboration created to support the long-term recovery and rebuilding of communities in Venezuela affected by the June earthquakes, alongside We Love🩵. 🌱

And there may be a few Proyecto Araguaney surprises waiting at their booth too. 👀

South Dade Kia will also have its own activation at the festival, with a special bite coming from our Trippy Kitchen crew, made with support from P.A.N. US .

A lot of things we care about coming together in one day.

Reveal #13: Trippy Kitchen. 🍽️

This one comes from our own house.

Our very own Trippy Kitchen is joining the lineup, led by Chef estefania andrade and the culinary crew behind Tripping Animals.

For Skip the Line, Chef estefania andrade is bringing a menu rooted in familiar Latin flavors, interpreted through the Trippy Kitchen lens.

The Fried Arepita starts with Harina P.A.N. from P.A.N. US, topped with local shrimp, Maltín Polar glaze, queso de mano + guasacaca.

P.A.N. + Maltín Polar, two ingredients from Empresas Polar that feel very close to home, brought together in a completely different way.

Plus, two skewers coming off the grill:

Octopus · papa criolla · ají dulce guasacaca

Lamb · soy + passion fruit marinade · lamb + yuzu glaze

A collab brew with our homies at 8 bit Brewing Company.

After Field Trip on their side, this is the second b**r from the collaboration, brewed here in Miami.

𝗗𝗗𝗛 𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗦𝗧-𝗦𝗧𝗬𝗟𝗘 𝗜𝗣𝗔 · 𝟲.𝟱%

Brewed with Simcoe, Citra, Motueka + Nectaron hops, then finished with Sour Tangie terpenes for that extra kick we know you like.

Bright citrus, tropical fruit, resinous hop character + a dank little edge underneath. Clean, expressive, and built to keep the hops front and center.

We had a lot of fun putting this one together with the 8 Bit crew and getting to make two different b**rs across two coasts.
