🎁 We’re doing sweet on 9 of Yamacu’ Holiday Menu Series!
Frou frou is a sweet, deep-fried donut that is made using pearl millet flour. It is a traditional African pastry that is enjoyed in many countries across the continent. The donuts are typically flavored with a mixture of cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg, and are coated in sugar after they are fried. To make frou frou, the pearl millet flour is mixed with water and yeast to form a dough. The dough is then rolled out and cut into small circles or other shapes. The donuts are then deep-fried until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside. They can be served warm or cold, and are often enjoyed as a snack or dessert.
