We have pasture-raised heritage pork and lamb from our farm ready to go. Cuts, sausage, ground, and organ meats are available. The full list is in the photo.

To order: Email [email protected] with what you want. We'll weigh and pack it, then send you a Stripe invoice. Cash is fine at pickup.

Pickup is free at the farm in Dornsife or at Harrisburg Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Judo.

Shipping is $25 flat within our 1-day ground area. If you're not sure your area is covered, send us your ZIP.

There are two big problems with scrapple.

Number one — good scrapple, the way you remember it as a kid, is tough to find. Grocery store scrapple isn't even close.

Number two — if you can find the real stuff, it's seasonal. Only available at a local butcher for a short window during winter butchering.

We've got you covered on both fronts.

Ours is made from the Tamworth pastured hogs we raise right here on the farm. It's exploding with peppery flavor, crisps up exactly the way it's supposed to, and stays creamy in the middle.

Give it a try. It just might be the second-best scrapple you've ever had.

Lamb shanks don't move fast. They're tough, full of bone, usually delegated to the "pot of soup" pile — same rank as oxtail.

Until now.

Smoked lamb shanks are insanely good. Low and slow breaks down all that toughness, and there's just enough meat on the bone for a solid serving.

A quick, satisfying dinner for your family doesn’t have to come from a delivery app or a bag. Homemade meatballs are ridiculously easy and meal-prep beautifully.

My wife, Casie Kieffer, whipped up her signature meatballs last night using 1 pound of ground beef from a steer we had butchered, plus 1 pound of our Kieffer & Son Sweet Italian Pork Sausage — made from our own pastured, heritage-breed pigs and a product available on our website.

There was a time when planting straight rows had nothing to do with technology. No GPS. No auto-steer. Just a farmer, a tractor, and a fixed point at the far end of the field.
