Made some more pepper relish. Made some green hot sauce (my more mild one) and the pepper jelly is still being a pain but im gonna get it right in time for saturday if it kills me 😆 🤣

We will see yall there. And I got alot of the strawberry watermelon jelly and alot of squash and zucchini relish made for yall. I have a limited supply of unhauled zipper peas as well.

The rain has kept me from getting the okra for tomorrow. But I will still have plenty of yummy jams, jellies and honey products. Im going to be marking down all honey products for the next 2 weeks to make room for the local honey next month

Making some blueberry jam, strawberry jam , and going to make more Strawberry Watermelon jelly today. Once it stops raining ill be putting on boots and picking okra before it gets over grown and will check the peppers, cucumbers, squash( what is left), and tomatoes and bell peppers.

On today's list of things to do today.. get more mason jars, check the peppers, check the squash. Possible replant of kore squash and zucchini today or tomorrow. Wash and sanitize jars. Start to make more jelly and check on the fermenting peppers.
