Got our power back on at 6:15pm. Just under the 24 hour mark and in time for the Alabama Georgia game lol

Been 20 hours and 55 min. Still waiting on power to be restored.. im so glad I didnt have any fresh vegetables.

So far landfall is still around 8pm central time. But it looks like the worst of it will be over just after 10pm.. lost power here. Got the wifi and TV on powerbanks to keep up with the storm.

Getting the last minute preparations done today. Tomorrow im going to sleep as much as possible to be awake Friday night into Saturday. Being on the wrong side of the storm we have a strong possibility of tornados and where i am I cant hear any sirens and they can pop up out of nowhere so alerts are the phone might not give enough time. Yall please Stay safe! Im going to empty and close-up the self serve market and pray I anchored it down enough. This is its first real test in high winds and I will see where its weak and strengthen it as needed after... IF yall are close and don't have a safe place I do have an underground shelter that can hold upto 18 to 20 people. Might be standing room only with that many but it would be better to stand and be safe then not.
