Interested in some good quality smoked BBQ, but don't have the time to do it yourself? Let us do it for you! We will cook it and you can pick it up and take it with you! Hey, all! Smoking a whole prime beef brisket (15 pound) and a couple bone-in Boston pork butts (about 8 lbs a piece) this weekend, will be ready Friday afternoon (July 7th).
