Big congrats to our friends at Dothan Nurseries Greenhouse, Gardens, and Gifts for being named HGTV’s must-visit garden center for Alabama this year. JD Boone and staff are rockin’ it over in Dothan, and this honor is well deserved. 👏👏👏

Well this was unexpected.

We were included in an HGTV article featuring a favorite garden center from each state, and somehow little old Dothan Nurseries made the list for Alabama.

We’re really grateful. Thanks to everyone who shops with us, hangs out, brings their kids, pets the cats, buys weird plants, digs through records, and helps make this place what it is. Pretty cool to see Dothan get some love. Check out some of the others on the list as well! There are some cool ones you should visit if you travel the country. https://www.hgtv.com/gardening/flowers-and-plants/must-visit-garden-centers-and-plant-shops-across-the-country-pictures

Check out this cool video from our friends at Andy's Garden Center in Birmingham, AL, showing a Monarch butterfly emerging from its chrysalis. 🧡

Cold-tolerant Dianthus I Love U displays a lovely range of pink tones, all the way through white. This versatile carnation works well both indoors and outdoors, as well as in containers and in the landscape. Plus, pollinators love it. Look for it at a garden center near you!
