The Butcher - MacReady

The Sharpshooter. Originally brought to fame by Rikki Choshu in Japan as the Sasori Gatami (Scorpion Hold), Sting brought it newfound fame in North America as the Scorpion Deathlock. It was Bret Hart, however, that perfected the hold. Bret showed why he was known as the Excellence of Ex*****on by applying his technical expertise to maneuver, tightly wrapping the legs and sitting deep into his opponent’s lower back to apply precise pressure and leave no room for escape.

This hold has earned me more victories than any other. It got me to the dance and I will continue to show that no one in all of professional wrestling today can match my technique.
