Me and Jaclyn want to start remodeling our house. I’m gonna need some help cause it’s gonna be a lot more than I can handle on my own. So if you know any contracts you trust for this let us know. We have just a year to get everything done and up to code for the insurance to fully cover our house.

In just two days we set up for our very first bbq competition. The excitement is gaining. Friday night is free sausage dogs and beer with the dj starting the party. Then Saturdays tasting starts at 11. Come by and see us for free tasting and place your vote for the best bbq in East Texas at lumberjack Harley Davidson in nacogdoches. Hope to see yall there!!!

One week from today we will be at lumberjack Harley Davidson in Nac doing our first bbq competition. We are so nervous and excited at the same time. The public samples free and will be lots of entertainment also. Yall come see us at our booth and try out some of our great bbq. Hope to see yall there!!!

Well won’t be long we will have a meet with the public. October 7th at lumberjack Harley Davidson back porch bbq and catering will be entered into our very first bbq competition. We are so excited and nervous at the same time. Y’all come out and see us. We will have sample of brisket chicken and ribs along with sides and may do a few things for the nonbbq fans. Event is open to the public and free of charge so y’all come see us and let us know your on our page. We are ready to meet everyone.

So mrs. Jaclyn is having surgery on her ankle tomorrow to help with an incident she had last year. She makes the best chicken and dumplings around plus the best chicken pot pies I ever ate. So I suggested how bout we combine the two and make a chicken pot pie soup with dumplins. She may be down and out but we will be eating good.

Hey y’all. I been out on the truck for the past two weeks so haven’t had much time to talk or get home to cook. But I’ll be there for a week this next week and get ready. I got some good stuff coming up. How bout a homemade chili pot pie with a brisket base and another good jambalaya but this time we stuff peppers with it. Oh and the boudin stuff peppers to go along with it. Plus Jaclyn has some cookies to make up and so much more. Also get ready. We are getting all the legal stuff ready so we can do the pop ups when I’m in. I can’t wait to get to meet everybody.

Won’t be long I’ll be home. Gonna cut some fresh ribeyes this weekend and get them on the grill. I think after that I may do a thin slice and try a texas spin on a Philly cheesesteak. Never know. To be continued.
