Finished with 13 quarts of potatoes, 5 jars of elderberry jam and 15 jars of blackberry jam. We will use all of this. We dont sell our food, we will eat it. The potatoes are great for soups or quick mashed potatoes and will last for ever! We did loose 1 jar to the canner, I am blessed it did not set off any other jars to break.

Working in the garden today! Planted basil, peppers and tomatoes. Got blooms starting on the blackberry bushes. Starting to get some strawberries. We have a few peaches that the frost didn't get! Can you find them on the tree?
