If you have a kitchenaid and you are still shredding cheese by hand why are you living in the stone age? On sale right now with a coupon for $31.99. Stainless. Dishwasher safe. We use ours 2-3 times a week if not more and haven’t had a single issue. The ones with plastic are junk… I know.
