Our milk is processed with Wholesome Dairy/ Elmer&Sarah's to be bottled, made into kefir, cultured butter, and yogurt.

We maintain a low stress environment, guaranteeing the best possible care for our cows, including scheduled hoof trimming later this week.

Today we took the opportunity to make another big improvement to the barn! We had Petersheim Cow Mattresses out to replace our old mats with new “Pasture Mats”. Cow comfort is a top priority here and this upgrade was done to hopefully improve hoof health and make the cows more comfortable!
