Appreciation post!! We are so thankful for our partnership with Christ Cutz BBQ. In addition to providing all of the food for our sports teams through our “Plates & Playbooks” program, CCB also makes many donations throughout the year to our ministry. This past Saturday evening, they received an award for the “Most Tickets Sold” at the Cultural Arts Chili Cook-off and chose to donate their winnings to Likewise! Thank you to CCB and Coach Marcus!! 💛💛

Our Chili Cook Off & Fall Festival is coming up on October 17th from 5-9 pm at Douglas County High School and the CAC.

For its 30th anniversary, the COOK OFF is going to be bigger than ever with the addition of a haunted house, art and dessert vendors, and a DJ enhancing the usual delicious chili, costume contests, and goody bags.

Today we are excited to announce the FIRST 4 of our Chili Cooks who will be competing for cash prizes:

BELL'S HAND LLC: Taste of home chili with honey cornbread

BIO-ONE: Handmade, delicious, spicy chili
