Warehouse of Hope began in January 1994 with a dream from Founder Craig Parson to meet the needs of families in the community who were unable to fulfill the most basic necessities of survival. At that time the effort was to acquire and deliver groceries and supplies to a few needy families. The organization soon found itself benefiting from the network of referral sources such as Government agenci
es, local shelters and support efforts and positive word of mouth. As the number of families requiring assistance grew and the needs expanded, resources to fill the needs became scarce. Now, through an extensive effort and effective cooperation, the Warehouse of Hope benefits from partnerships to acquire much needed food and supplies. Through time, effectively meeting needs and building relationships, the Warehouse of Hope has experienced tremendous growth. We currently distribute groceries to 800+ families weekly.
