Did you know that dairy is New York State's top agricultural product? The 625,000 cows in New York produce more than 15 billion pounds of milk, 144 million pounds of American cheese, and 294 million pounds of cream cheese each year. All of that dairy product comes from the state's 625,000 cows. 1,700 of those cows reside right here in Dutchess County in just 15 dairy farms. That's a far cry from the 275 dairy farms that were here in the 1970s. And that's why we need to do everything we can to protect the farm and grazing land we still have here in Dutchess County. Because who doesn't love farm fresh milk and cheese?

We are less than 30 days from celebrating Elyssa and David’s wedding!! We are very excited to be celebrating their love for one and another.​​​​​​​​
With all of the festivities and wanting to spend time with our family, we will be keeping the farm market closed from September 5th to the 14th and we will be reopening store in the 15th of September.​​​​​​​​
We are looking forward to all of the adventures the next chapter brings!
