Meet the Caleon Tequila Midnight Reserva — a bold, velvety Reposado forward cocktail with dark fruit depth, oak-kissed agave, citrus brightness, and blackberry depth.

Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

2 oz Caleon Reposado tequila
¾ oz fresh blood orange juice (or fresh orange if unavailable)
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz blackberry syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 small rosemary sprig
Large ice cube

*Blackberry syrup: simmer equal parts sugar + water + fresh blackberries, strain.

Instructions:

1. Add Caleon Reposado, blood orange juice, lemon juice, syrup, and bitters into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard for 12–15 seconds.
3. Strain over a large ice cube
4. Garnish with a thin dehydrated orange wheel and lightly slapped rosemary sprig
