We are picked out and we will be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday to let our berries ripen.

Good morning everyone,
We are open for blueberry picking. This year the price is the same $5.00 a quart.
We will picking every day except on Wednesday and Sunday. The hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
We will not have blackberries this year but next year.
Have a wonderful summer. We hope to see you for blueberry picking.
PS. I will not be picking for people this year. We are only a you pick this year. So bring a friend to help you get your berries!!! Lol

We have an abundance of blueberries at Black Cabin Farm. Our helpers have mowed the fields and watered the bushes to prepare for your visit. Come on out and pick some delicious blueberries. Nature and farming sometimes get along, sometimes not. At Black Cabin Farm, we are seeing the impact of the drought - the grass is browning and our blackberry harvest is waning. Unfortunately, the drought is shortening our blackberry season. If you would like to pick blackberries, we suggest calling ahead or texting Ms. Rita at 931-626-3653 for availability. Our blueberries are the rebels defying nature. There are plenty of blueberries available now.

We are very thankful for each customer who has visited Black Cabin Farm so far this season. We've had a great turnout! We examined the blueberry bushes and blackberry vines this morning, Thursday, June 23, and see that our berries need more time to ripen. We are closing today, Thursday, June 23, and will reopen tomorrow. We will have plenty of blackberries and blueberries to pick on Friday, June 24. We hope to see you Friday!

We're helping you beat inflation by keeping the cost of our berries the same this year. They are still $5 per quart if you pick and $8 per quart if we pick. We accept cash or checks. You can text or call 931-626-3653 to place an order.

As we prepare to open for the 2022 season, we want you to know that we’ve been just as shocked as you by the rising cost of goods due to inflation. We’ve continued to invest in the farm during the off-season, planting berry bushes, ordering new buckets, pruning, mending, and preparing for your arrival. Like every small business owner, we’ve incurred increased costs. However, we refuse to add to your inflation pressure. Our berry prices will remain at $5 per quart (you pick) or $8 per quart (we pick). These have been the same prices since 2019. Berries should be ready in mid-June. Come out to see us. Smile knowing your beat inflation while enjoying your sweet, delicious berries!
