With today's inflation prices, especially on meat, I recommend buying whole loins. It's something that I was taught at a very young age by my father. This is a ribeye loin. I paid $165 for it. Once I broke it down I was able to get about 85% yield of meat. On top of that I took the fat trimmings and I will put them into a mason jar today and put them into a boiling pot of water for a few hours to liquefy the beef Tallow. Cooking with beef fat is not exactly the healthiest way to go. Especially if you're looking out for your cholesterol, but if you are looking for straight flavor and you are not worried about clogging a few arteries, I highly recommend it. Five of those steaks are 14 oz. Four of those steaks are 9 oz and that's a 3 lb prime rib.

Guys! These are some of my favorite potatoes I've ever made in my life! I need to share this recipe with my Chubb rocks! This is a really simple and easy, but delicious au gratin potato dish. First, either grab a cast iron skillet or any type of Pyrex baking pan. What you want to do next is grab 5 lb of potatoes. Preferably red. Slice them down then and then rinse them off three or four times. You do not want any extra starch in this dish because it is extremely heavy as is. As your potatoes are soaking, you are going to want to build the Rosemary thyme cheese sauce. After your cheese sauce is fully Incorporated, place your potatoes in a circular pattern shingled on top of each other. From there, pour this delicious cheese sauce on top of the potatoes. From there to finish it off, take a full cup of smoked gouda shredded and place it on top of all these delicious potatoes. But what was the exact recipe. I highly recommend this to anyone as it is simple and absolutely delicious.

5 lb red potatoes, medium slice
One pint heavy cream, half a cup of butter, 3 tbsp. Of freshly minced garlic, 2 tbsp of Rosemary, 2 tbsp of thyme, 1/2 cup of Parmesan grated, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese shredded Cheddar , quarter cup of smoked mozzarella. 1 cup of smoked gouda shredded on top of potatoes

Place butter and pan until melted, from there, add your garlic, rosemary and thyme and saute for about 3 minutes, add the heavy cream and begin to stir lightly from the bottom to prevent scorching. Begin adding your Parmesan cheese slowly and incorporating it into your sauce. Once you've added all the parmesan, begin adding the other shredded cheeses. Stir until extremely thick and creamy. Add the potatoes into your pan and layer them and top with this delicious cream sauce. I promise you you will love this.

Here is a fun recipe I play with from time to time that anyone can do. Take one large bag of baby carrots, take one large Golden Delicious apple and dice it down. two tablespoons of cinnamon, a quarter cup of honey, 1/2 cup of finely diced walnuts. Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking pan. Cut up six pieces of butter that equals 1/2 cup. Place sporadically throughout pan. Preheat your oven to 375 and cook for 25 minutes.

If you are not into cooked carrots, another route that I would highly recommend with this is to also add one block of cream cheese. Dice it up finely and add it to the mixture. It gives a nice creamy texture to the sweetness of the carrots and the honey. Feels good to be back hanging out with you guys! Chubb rocks I'm back baby!

What's going on Chubb rocks! Hope you guys had an amazing weekend filled with happiness and chubbiness. Today we have something I made special for my amazing 6-year anniversary to the most amazing woman ever. We have a lindor Maple chocolate cheesecake. Topped with maple Chocolate ganache. This recipe came out absolutely amazing and it was a first time run. Listed below are the ingredients that I used. I hope you guys check it out let me know what you think!!!

Cream cheese batter
3 blocks of cream cheese room temperature
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 small can of sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
Blend all ingredients and set aside.

Crust
3 cups of fruity pebbles
1 stick of butter melted
Put the cereal in a blender until it's powder. Combine butter and cereal until you have a firm texture. LOL. Spray a 12-in spring loaded baking pan with vegetable oil. Begin building the base of your crust and then working your way around the walls. Bake the crust at 350 for 10 minutes and set aside.

Maple Chocolate filling
2 bags of maple lindor chocolate. Yes take off the wrapper chub heads!!!
Place in a double bubbler and melt until silky smooth Bay Bay!

Now that we have everything put together now we begin to build. Take your cheesecake filling and place it into your crust. Spread it around evenly and make sure it is even. Once that is done take your chocolate that has been melted down and begin to drizzle it into the cheesecake. Use a wooden skewer to start in. Make sure to leave about a quarter cup of chocolate behind. Place it in the oven at 350 or 40 minutes. Once you pull it out while it is still warm you want to take the leftover chocolate and drizzle all on top evenly. Place in the freezer or refrigerator immediately until completely solidified on top. Trust and believe this is one of the most amazing cheesecakes I have ever made. I hope you guys take time to check it out. And stay tuned videos are coming! See you later chub heads stay rocking!
