This past Monday was National Beer Day, and I just wanted to take the time to let y'all know we're all okay. We all still keep in contact with each other and hang out when we can. We just hang out like 20 minutes down the street now haha. Here's a lil recap:

Our old stomping grounds are now a place for gymnastics for the youth.

Dan's Fire Chief for the State now.
Joe's back to auto body work.
Sean's livin' it up in TX.
Tim's vlogging his adventures on his YouTube channel.
LuAnne and everyone else are doing well.
Trent and Randall work in the cellar at Harvest Ridge Winery.
Bryce is cheffin' it up at Burgers & Brews.

CJ, Mindy, Jack & the squad host Trivia down here weekly on Tuesdays now, and Home Brew Club demos once a month.

Oh, and me? I'm the Director of Sales and Marketing at Mispillion River Brewing now.

We miss you, we love y'all, hope you're doing well, and hopefully we'll all cross paths again soon!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I feel like nowadays that's an understatement. On that note, I'm gonna leave it to our pictures to find the words that we all feel right now. I've said it before and I'll say it again ~

I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH...

WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH...

for being that safe haven for so many of us

for being that stop on the way home from work or in the middle of running errands

for being some of our first jobs

for being some of our longest jobs

for being such a staple in our community for 20 years

for being that random place stumbled upon

for being our first venue for some of us to play/perform

for being that place some of us had our first date at

for being not just a brewery, but A HOME.

I have so much footage from throughout the years and final days. I've been trying to make some compilation videos as my way of showing my appreciation for you all. Here's my first one for you!

Let's go time capsule mode with this one! Any of you that would like to add some of your favorite moments to this post, I'd love to see it! Let's keep this 🧵 goin' for old time sake.

As the new year approaches, let's take a moment to reflect. HAVE AN AMAZING NEW YEAR!!!

Spice Fest was an absolute rager!!!

BIG SHOUT OUT to Kristen and the Noise and so many other bands/artists that got to play at the brewery for their first and finale set here!!!

Fordham & Dominion Brewery Closing – Beer Still Poured at Rams Head

Fordham Brewing Company was established in Annapolis, Maryland in 1995 when the roof of the Rams Head Tavern was removed and a brewhouse was lowered in. The brewery was named after Benjamin Fordham who was given a charter in 1703 by Queen Anne to establish a brewery in the heart of the bustling port city. Nearly 300 years later Maryland’s First Brewery was revived and quickly became a favorite among locals.

The brand continued to grow and in 2007 Fordham joined forces with Old Dominion Brewing Co. to continue operations in Dover, Delaware under the name of Fordham & Dominion Brewing Company. The brewery continued the tradition of handcrafting fine ales and lagers and was an integral part of the craft beer revolution on the East Coast.

Legacy brands Copperhead Ale, Rams Head IPA, and Dominion Root Beer, as well as two new core brands, will be produced in partnership with Heavy Seas Beer in Baltimore, Maryland and served exclusively at Rams Head. Cat 5 Key Lime Lager will be brewed in Florida and available at Rams Head Southernmost in Key West, Florida as well as throughout the state.

The Tap Room will continue to be open 3-8 pm Tuesday through Thursday and 12 to 9 PM Friday and Saturday until October 28th.

We want to thank everyone who has been part of the success Fordham & Dominion has achieved throughout the years – the brewing and tap room team, the entire Dover community, and everyone who has believed in and enjoyed the beer we’ve brewed for over 25 years.

We look forward to bringing these recipes back to their home state and continue to celebrate the tradition of independent craft brewing.
