Many don't know, but Pierogi come in multitudes of flavors, not just typical cheese and potato. I too was amazed when I tried my first sweet Pierogi!! Now I'm hooked! I love being creative with the fillings and always looking for new ideas, my latest two request are gluten free and Lekvar Pierogi (Sweet Prune). I get my best ideas from all of you!
