We enjoyed Winter Flight this weekend over some pancakes 🥞🤌 it was excellent!

It doesn't take a lot of syrup either but great in so many recipes and drinks for added sweetness!

Hickory Syrup is made from the Bark of Hickory Trees - no tapping, just bark collection! Made here in Pennsylvania! Very little added sugar.

How I would flavor profile them;
Winter Flight - Mildest of flavor but super versatile in recipes, pure deliciousness!

Hunters Blend - Medium Flavor also very versatile!

Dark Roast - made with some coffee for additional flavoring, probably the most similar to a Maple Syrup but way less sugar!

Blackberry, Elderberry & Salted Caramel - perfect for pancakes, desserts & drinks!

I would try adding some to foods such as baked beans, salmon, bacon or sausage, pork or ham, cheese, yogurt, even wings! I personally don't like sweet glazes on my beef however, with this you may have my attention!
