Here at Greenleaf Farms we create our own natural handmade lavender soaps using techniques and ingredients handed down to the people of the Greek island of Icaria. lly healing ingredients such as lemon balm, sage or sea kelp, which leave not only the body but also the mind feeling rejuvenated. Soap and floral arrangements are some of our year round endeavors, however we also grow a plentitude of organic produce during our warmer months. Currently, we have eight cold-frame greenhouses and a number of plots where we grow vegetables and a variety of flowers on our 1.25 acres of land. Other than the traditional vegetables grown in this region, we also focus our efforts on both annual and perennial herbs such as Basil, Oregano, Sage and our favorite: Lavender!
