A few weeks ago, about five minutes after opening, we got a call:

“Could you make a cheese & charcuterie platter in… like… 30-ish minutes?”

Our first thought was definitely: “Wut?” But instead of saying no, we asked, “What’s the occasion?”

Their wife had just had a baby, and she had been craving a cheese & charcuterie spread.

Needless to say, we were so touched and felt honored to play a part in such a special, brand-new chapter for their family.

We asked for 45 minutes to an hour… and we made it happen.

While we love having 48 hours’ notice for cheese & charcuterie platters, we also know that life doesn’t always give you 48 hours.

Sometimes you need a platter right now.
Sometimes it’s a last-minute celebration.
Sometimes it’s a “congratulations, we had a baby!” kind of day.
And sometimes you just really, really need cheese. 😉

Don’t count us out! We’ll always do our best to help make your day a little more delicious.

And yes — delivery is available, too!
