Ever made simple syrup? It's SO easy.

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1-2 tablespoons culinary lavender buds 💜

Instructions: Combine and bring to a boil, simmer 8 minutes, cool 20-30 minutes, strain the buds, and enjoy!
Keep in the fridge up to one month.

Our favorite is drizzled over vanilla icecream 😋🍨

We've also enjoyed adding it to 🧊iced tea🧊 or to sparkling water to make lavender pop 💜

Finally finished the main lavender harvest on Friday here at Cloudscape Hill, LLC. It's been a long 6 weeks since the harvest started, and we are grateful for these next few weeks to recover before the season's likely 2nd bloom of English lavender late August. Each season brings new learnings ☺️

Don't worry, we'll be staying busy 😉 Getting caught up on:
- Making the lavender products you love 💜
- Packing up this year's harvest as it completes the drying process 📦
- Lots of grass control 🫣
- Placing some baby Phenomenal lavender plants in their new homes with plenty of time to settle in before first frost🌱
