It’s not an “Evil Belgian Dip”, it’s a “Foamy Czech Dip”! Bierstadt Lagerhaus doesn’t distribute to Chicago, but we got the next best thing…their Czech Pale made with Fair State Brewing. If you’re nice, Eric will do a slow pour for you from our Lukr faucet. Pro tip - order another beer at the same time to enjoy while you wait for that slow pour!

Ok, if you like IPAs, today’s the day to ride the rail! We have both of the Phase Three and Saint Errant collab beers, plus a couple more from each brewery. And don’t worry…we have two lagers, a sour, and an Oktoberfest if you want to stay away from hops. Brewery reps here after 4!

It’s about that time! Marzens and Festbiers are in the shop and on tap. We’ve begun our run of an Oktoberfest draft line for as long as we can get them. Plus, this year’s 0.5L stein is in and available for $9. Then bring it back all season for discounted $5 fills of Oktoberfest beer. Last year we ran this line for more than two months, so that can be a great deal!

Thought we’d fire up a special beer slushee…the “Red, White, and Blue”, made with Pollyanna SMRT SMRT Blue Raspberry sour, Strawberry Naturdays, and a sweetened cold foam recipe courtesy of our friends at Folklore Coffee (no coffee in the foam). We’ll be here late, come see the Dooz and root for Team USA!
