Now open for the season! 🧑‍🌾🐷🐓🎉

We’re a small family farm in Downers Grove, IL with animals, fishing, boating, cut-flowers, produce, eggs & honey.

Come dig in a sandbox, or in the mud, nap on a rope swing, go fishing, pet a llama & have a campfire pie. Play in our themed playhouses & brush mini horses. We are a unique hybrid between a traditional playground, an animal sanctuary & an agricultural experience. We're private family farm, founded in 2019 by lifelong educators. Our founders designed and curated an agritourism experience that seeks to create a positive impact in the community but also cultivates an ethos of sustainability.

What makes Honey Bee Gardens a little different? 🐐🐷🐈

For Cindy, it’s the animals.

The piggies aren’t always tucked away. The turkeys wander. Cats may cross your path. And there are opportunities to actually get close to some of the animals and experience the farm alongside them.

There’s something special about watching a child realize they’re not just looking at the farm… they’re part of what’s happening around them.

That connection with animals, nature and each other is exactly what we want families to experience here. 💛
