This weekend we have a delicious Irish Castle Soup. A creamy comforting soup of puréed parsnips, potato and onion, drizzled with cream and fresh parsley, served with a side of brown bread and Kerrygold. Pair it with the Turf Cutter, our Pale Ale, and you are sure to have a great weekend.

We’ve got a full weekend ahead at Blume & Ferris!

Saturday Night: Small Batch Band is back at 7 PM, bringing Irish rock and Americana to the pub. Grab a pint and settle in for a great night of live music.

Sunday Morning: We’re serving up our first Irish breakfast! Join us for a proper Irish breakfast with seatings at 9:45 or 11AM. Tickets are required for breakfast, so head to our website and grab yours before they’re gone.

With the Full Irish Breakfast coming up we’ve had a few questions on what exactly is in a Full Irish? It will differ depending on what part of Ireland you’re in but all of them have core items that never change. In ours you’ll get:

- Back bacon rashers
- Irish sausage links
- White pudding
- Black pudding
- Baked beans
- Hash browns
- Fried egg
- Brown bread
- Cups of tea or coffee

Black and white pudding are a type of pork sausage made with meat, fat, and oatmeal. Black pudding also includes pork blood, which gives it its dark color. Both are sliced in rounds and pan-fried. All of our meats (with the exception of the black pudding, which is imported) are made for us by Leffelman Meat Center with the care and attention you’ve come to expect from their team.
