Ingredients:

🧈2 Tbsps SimplyGO Unsalted Butter
✅1/2 Tbsp SimplyGO All-Purpose Flour
🧄3-4 cloves garlic minced
🍝1 Tbsp tomato pasta
✅1/3 Cup dry white w**e or chicken broth
🥛1 Cup heavy cream
🍅1/3 Cup sun-dried tomatoes
🌿1/2 tsp dried oregano
🌶️1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
🧀1/3 cup parmesan cheese
🌿1 small handful fresh basil, torn/chopped
🧂Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt & pepper, and cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes. Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
3️⃣ For the sauce, melt butter in a skillet. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add garlic, tomato paste, and w**e; let simmer for 1 minute.
4️⃣ Whisk in cream, then add sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, red pepper flakes, and chicken. Simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan and basil.
5️⃣ Add pasta and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water as needed to thin the sauce. Top with extra Parmesan and enjoy! 🍝
