One of our little lambs had a rough start this week. We had to warm her up by the fire - with an added bonus of night time stories 📖🥰

She’s doing much better and back out with her flock.

Lamb stew on this snowy day! Braising is a GREAT way to break down some of those tougher cuts - including shoulder and breast - resulting in tender, fall off the bone, meat in a delicious savory gravy 😋

2023 brought so much growth to our farm-thank EWE for supporting us in our first year at markets!

In early December, we were honored to be selected as a Horizon Farm Credit Farmer on the Rise 🏆 It was humbling to be in the presence of so many incredible farmers working passionately to to further local agriculture in their communities. We are excited to use the funding to grow our operation and allow us to bring in local farms milk to continue making cheese year round 🧀🤩 Stay tuned for updates!
