Huge shoutout to Doinks Branding⁠ for bringing our vision for Shine Nutrition to life with this sweet pop-up sign! 🙌✨

We wanted something bright and fun that we can take with us when we’re out in the community and Derick absolutely nailed it! 💛❤️💚

Now when Shine is popping up at wellness fairs, gyms, schools, events, and community days, we’ll have a little piece of Shine with us wherever we go. 🥤✨

🚨 50+ POUNDS DOWN & 8 PANT SIZES DOWN! 🚨

Help us celebrate our friend and client Martin Feliciano! 👏

Since January, Martin has been focused on his health and has gone from a 46 pant size to a 38—dropping over 50 pounds! 🔥

And if you know Martin, you know his other passion is dogs! 🐾 Through Paw Pacer Training, he travels to clients’ homes with a treadmill specifically designed to help dogs get the exercise they need.

Think Huskies, German Shepherds, Border Collies, Aussies, Malinois and other high-energy breeds that seem to have an endless supply of energy. 😂 These working breeds need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. A walk around the block just doesn’t cut it!

Huge congratulations to our very own Daryl! 🥇🏆

This weekend, Daryl didn’t just compete in the Gage Strength Training Summer Olympics… he dominated.

🥇 Gold - Sled Push
🥇 Gold - 25 lb Medicine Ball Toss
🥇 Gold - Truck Pull
🥇 Gold - Cardio Medley (250m row • .25-mile bike • 250m ski)

…and to top it all off, he was crowned the Overall Gage Olympics Champion! 💪🔥

Success like this isn’t built in a day. It’s built through showing up day after day with consistency in the gym, in the kitchen, and in the small choices that most people never see.

We’ve had the privilege of being a part of Daryl’s routine for more than two years, and watching his hard work pay off is exactly why we love what we do.

Congratulations, Daryl! Your Shine family couldn’t be prouder. Thank you for reminding all of us that consistency compounds, hard work pays off, and we are all capable of extraordinary things when we put our health first. You inspire us to keep showing up for our own goals, too. 💚🥇

Matt is part of our Lit Fitness fit family, and if you know Matt, you know he shows up. Day after day. Workout after workout. And sometimes… two workouts back-to-back. 💪🔥

And after putting in all that work, he makes sure to refuel with his favorite Shine R&R Post-Workout Recovery smoothie. 💪🥤

But beyond his dedication, Matt is just an all-around great human. He’s genuine, kind, funny, and the kind of person who makes our community better simply by being part of it.

Today was such a special day at Shine Nutrition! 🥤💛

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the Happy Noises LLC family to Shine for a complimentary smoothie day for their staff, clients, friends, and families. We loved seeing the smiles, sharing some delicious smoothies, and creating a little space for connection and community. 🥹✨

And if you’re not familiar with Happy Noises, we’d love to introduce you to this incredible organization. 💛

Happy Noises is a full-spectrum services provider serving autistic and neurodiverse adults throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. They partner with families and provide support that goes far beyond basic care - including community participation, employment and job support, in-home and community supports, respite care, therapy, behavioral support, social events, and more.

Their mission is centered around helping the people they serve experience a full life, not just a service plan, with opportunities for social connection, community belonging, and real-world experiences. 💙💛

One of our Lit Fit family squad members recently lost her son. His birthday is on August 1st and we are choosing to honor his birthday with an annual Day of Kindness.

Alex proudly served in the Army National Guard and later faced glioblastoma brain cancer with incredible courage and strength. His passing has left an immeasurable hole in the hearts of everyone who loved him. In his memory, we are inviting people to perform one random act of kindness and help carry his goodness forward.

Thank you for helping us honor his life, his service, and his beautiful spirit.

🎨 Something beautiful has arrived at Shine Nutrition!

We’re so excited to welcome Lisa Ochwat of Lisa Anastasia Creative as our newest featured artist!

Lisa’s work is anything but ordinary. Drawing from photography, paint, ink, paper, and mixed media, each piece evolves organically - built layer by layer without a predetermined destination. The result is artwork rich with color, depth, texture, and discovery. Every time you look, you’ll notice something new.

One line from her artist statement especially resonated with us:

“Each piece is a record of observation, experimentation, and transformation.”

We love that. It feels a lot like life… and even a little like wellness.

✈️🌺 Hawaii, here we come! 🌺✈️

Today we’re heading off on a qualifier vacation, and it’s all possible because of our very best friends Jason & Maribeth and our incredible Shine Nutrition community.

Whether you’ve stopped in for a delicious protein smoothie, an ice-cold Lit Tea Refresher, our famous peanut butter protein balls, joined a challenge, or picked up supplies to support your health journey at home, thank you for trusting us to be part of your wellness journey.

Every visit, every referral, every conversation, and every bit of support has helped make this trip possible. We are so grateful for the amazing community we’ve built together from Newark, DE to Downingtown, PA and for everyone we’ve met along the way.

While we’re away, Shine is in great hands! Be sure to stop in and show some love to Rebekah and Casey through June 18th. They’ll be serving up all your favorites and taking great care of you.
