For the past 2 years, Ryan has been holding it down as GM of our Philadelphia taproom, helping make every Super Bowl Sunday, post-work pour, and “just one more” kind of night feel like Victory.

His favorite part of the job? The people. From the chefs and managers to the bar staff and servers, Ryan says the team is the real reason the magic happens every day.

His beer pick? Victory Royale IPA will always have his heart, but when summer rolls in, he’s reaching for a Summer Love with a lime.
