5 years is a big milestone, but this one is extra special to us because Tyler has been here basically since the beginning. He’s had a front row seat to so much of the growth and change our company has experienced, and we’ve also had the privilege of watching him grow right along with it. 💪🏼
Over the years, Tyler has grown tremendously, taken on more responsibility, and become such an important part of The Trash Guys. From starting as a hopper at only 17, to now driving the garbage truck!🚛
When you build a business, you quickly realize that the people who stick beside you through the growing pains, long days, crazy days, and everything in between become more than just employees.. they become part of the story. 🙌🏼
