Good evening everyone! Did you all have a very merry Christmas? And ready for a happy New Year? Thought I would pop over and share our new page again. We have started a little fund raiser as well. Going to shoot for our 501c3 status. Our parish has no animal shelter. And our numbers just keep growing. We have 4 new donks. Mouse is a little guy. Never going to get very big. And a jenny who is 1/4 zebra. Or so the guy said who I got them from. Anyway, if you inclined to take a peek, here is a link to the new page. Thanks all! See you back around again another day!

Well, good-bye again. I will come back around and post our new page in another month or so. Just in case anyone else may be interested in it. It is a bit different. Not as much Skeeter and Bubba on it. We can't help that. Bubba is never home much anymore. And Skeeter, well, he's SUCH a big jack ass now. What can I say? ;)

Good morning everyone. It is with great sadness that I come to announce the end of Bubba Earl and Skeeter projects this morning. Ron and I have agreed that it is just a lost cause. It was fun though, while it lasted. Skeeter's run for the White House too. Well, some of it has been fun. Not all of it though. I will be honest. But, all great learning experiences. I will continue to share a bit of Bubba and Skeeter through our new page. Hoping it will grow, garner more attention and support and we may at some point, pick up the Bubba Earl and Skeeter stories and videos. Thank you to all who have followed Bubba and Skeeter along. They are some really wonderful guys who I think deserve much much more. I have done my best. But can't do it alone. Thanks again for any and everyone who has shared our stories, videos and posts during our journey. Hope to see you on our new page. Thanks again! Signing out for now....Pam

She really would be drop dead gorgeous with some weight on her. I think she is fairly young too. There was a bigger dark mare with her. They were off by themselves together. Far away from the herd.

I just ran to the dumpster to take some trash off and spotted this thin but pretty mare standing by the road. Happened to have my camera with me so stopped and snapped a few pics of her. This neighbor is a horse trader. Horses are coming and going all the time in his pasture. In fact a few years ago, he just gave me 4 very young ones who were not in very good shape. Some of the horses look pretty good while others do not. I can not take in any at this time. She seemed kind of listless as well. Probably needs worming. But anyhow, just thought I would share her in case anyone would be interested. I can hunt down my neighbor and get more info on these horses. There were about 15 in all. More people on Bubba and Skeeter's page to see this. They are in northeastern Louisiana.

Poor Bubba Earl and Skeeter. They've pretty much been washed away. But, if anyone is interested, I have started up a new page.
