I almost didn't post this because I've been told it's not feminine to brag, but I'm unlearning all those BS rules.

Last weekend we sold out. It's been a dream of mine since I opened, mission accomplished!

To each and every customer who waited in line to try one of our handmade delicious ice pops - you have utterly thrilled me.

A giant THANK YOU to my team, a few amazing friends, my son and his friend and especially my Dad who held it all together so I could continue making pops as fast as the weekend would allow.

And of course, thank you Stillwater Harvest Fest for hosting another Smashing Good Time!

Lastly, to all the people who have a dream just remember this one took over three years, during which I've been laughed at countless times.

Don't give up, I believe in you. 💜

Strength isn't always obvious. Sometimes it's found in the moments when nothing is going right and yet you believe in yourself enough to keep getting up and trying.

Strength is also found in the moments you realize you need support and reach out for help.

Thank you to everyone who has been there for me recently as things have been heavy. And a HUGE thank you to Ben and Dad for helping me get Bertha back up and running. I couldn't have done it without you.

Like many people I've been listening to Dolly a little extra lately. On Saturday as I drove my youngest to work he asked me what 9-5 meant...and I said you know how most people work. He didn't. Seriously he said.

I sat dumbfounded for a moment then realized he's only ever seen me work every day. All day. Even on vacation.

So to my youngest thank you for the great conversation about work, labor and pay. To Dolly thank you for bridging the gap. And to every hard working small business owner. I see you. But you too deserve a day of rest.
