So proud of all my students and Caroline my assistant manager for helping create a heifer heavy use area. From building the form, putting in the rebar, and pouring and finishing the cement. This helps keep our verified heifers out of the mud and creates a nice place to feed, vaccinate, and safely catch them if we need to.
We did all the work from start to finish, saving around 12k with us doing everything ourselves. We had fun doing it and they all learned a different skill set for future use.
