Good afternoon everyone. This is going to be very wordy as I have much to explain. For the past 6 years we here at Empire Liquids have prided ourselves on providing world class va**ng products with exceptional customer service and support for ex smokers. Unfortunately our Federal government refuses to see the value that va**ng adds to our society by solving one of the biggest issues facing the health of Americans today. Small companies like EL have been struggling to keep up with market innovation for years due to restrictive regulations. As the owner of the company, I was given the option to either break the law and launch new in demand products, or to simply keep the legal SKUs we manage on the market for as long as possible. A Federal court ruling has recently put even more pressure on the industry by forcing the PMTA (Pre Market To***co Application) mandate up to next May. Each SKU we wish to keep on the market will cost an estimated $300,000 to $1,000,000 just to simply apply. There are no guarantees and in the end the FDA can deny our applications with one stroke of the pen. The risk associated with this application is just too great for a small company like this to bear. I have decided not to submit PMTAs for our products and will simply keep them available until we’re sent a letter to stop. Unfortunately we have decided to only sell our own brands of bottled eliquid online until that day. Our pricing will stay at the current rock bottom prices. I take great joy in fighting to stay a part of this industry we love so much. Thank you for all the support over the years and we’re happy to answer any questions, y’all know how to find me! Rob Costigan Resigns as Vice President of Empire Liquids Inc.

Empire Liquids Dba Empire Va**ng Company a Manufacturing company for E-liquids and E-cigarette retailer announced today that Vice President Robert Costigan has resigned from the company effective Immediately. Joshua Bottoni President and Chairman of the board will be the interim Vice President.

The Board is thankful for Rob’s Years of Service and Leadership said Mr Bottoni.. We understand and support his decision to step down and are grateful for his many accomplishments. We wish him and his family the very best. “I am confident the company will enjoy continued success in the future”

Rob Costigan said, “It has been an enormous privilege to have led Empire during an important period of transformation and growth. I am proud to have worked in such a great industry.”

“With our engaged colleagues and industry leading knowledge and knowledge-enabled services, we are well positioned to meet the growing needs of our customers,” said Mr. Bottoni. “I remain focused on driving profitable growth with a continued emphasis on quality and innovation to maximize shareholder value.”

“Rob is leaving Empire having made a significant contribution to our evolution,” said Joshua Bottoni, Board member. “During his tenure, he has led significant changes to improve operations and drive future growth. He has been a tremendous asset to Empire and we are grateful for his many contributions over the past three years. We wish him the very best.”

Joshua Bottoni has been a Empire Director since 2014 and Chairman since 2014. His tenure includes service as chair of the Executive, Governance, Audit, and Compensation committees. He is a also Executive Vice President and Group President of Granite State Liquids and has held different leadership positions in the Ecigarette services industry.
