What Happening on the farm?
Seeds…. Planning out this years plantings.
New this year will be an edible flower planting.

Let us know what you like to see grown. Can make promises but certainly take it under advisement.
CSA is coming back this year. Where working on the final details and out hope is to open reservations up Feb 1.

Were also loving the thaw. Bee’s got to get out and use the bathroom. Chickens got a bail of hay to keep themselves busy.. :-).
Thanks for being a supporter of the farm.

Happy Winter Solstice! ☀️
Today marks the winter solstice, the point when the Northern Hemisphere tilts farthest from the sun. It’s the shortest day and the longest night of the year—astronomically, a turning point as daylight hours slowly begin to increase. For centuries, this moment has signaled renewal and hope for people who work the land.

As the shortest day yields to the slow return of light, this is a quiet beginning for many growers. Winter is when plans and dreams are sketched on paper or entered into spreadsheets, ideas take root, and next year’s growth quietly maps its journey beneath the surface.

Here’s to brighter days ahead, to rested soil, and the steadfast optimism (and stubborn nature!) that defines every grower. Tomorrow, the light returns, and with it, another year full of possibility!
