A few weeks back I saw someone in a flower farm group say that they started selling out of their jar bouquets when they started wrapping them. I thought to myself, well that's just silly. Why waste the time, its just an extra step, it can't possibly make the big of a difference. But last week I went ahead and tried it. And I LOVE IT. I can't even say what exactly it is visually that does it but it works, AND it makes transport a breeze by cutting down on tangled and broken stems.

The string of warmer weather has really brought the zinnias into full bloom. With our daily lives being so busy, we've been forgetful to share our progress with y'all. These past several weeks have been very exciting as many of our flowers are really starting to thrive into abundance.

We're down to 5 days until the opening day of the 65th annual Junction City Scandinavian Festival This has become one of our favorite events to participate in each year. This will be our 4th year giving it our all for such an amazing free community event. So make sure to stop out This Thursday-Sunday(Aug. 13-16th) in Junction City,OR.

We'll be at our hand built booth in our festive Scandinavian styled attire. So we hope to see many of y'all there over the 4 days of Scandinavian cultural immersion. We're located within the Farmer's Lane portion of the festival.

We are leaning into Trolldom, traditional Scandinavian Folk Magic, this year at the Junction City Scandinavian Festival. Today I am gathering Lemonbalm to add to traditional protective herb brooms or herb wisks, Örtekvast (Swedish) / Urtekost (Danish & Norwegian)

Come check out my presentations on botanical syrup crafting tomorrow at Lane County Farmers Market Pavilion Show Kitchen tomorrow 11 and 12. We will be making botanical sodas, rosemary lemonade, lavender lemonade, and two mocktail creations The Ruby Mystic and Bramblewood Bright for you to taste.

Hello friends and community! After 3 years on our beloved corner across from free speech it has come time for our booth to move locations at Lane County Farmers Market . While we have built deep and lasting friendships with our long time neighbors and have really enjoyed being stewards of the gateway of the northeast entrance to the market, welcoming folks and hearing buskers and meeting ALL THE DOGS, an opportunity has arose for us to be closer to the building.

We have been located in our new spot for Holiday Farmers Market in the past and it was a fantastic fit so from now on we will be in this location permanently and not have to move just for the holiday part of the market, no longer have a water fountain directly in front of our booth and we will be incredibly easy to find as we are right by the Information Booth. Below is an illustration indicating exactly where we will be!
