An offbeat w**e you need to try: Soave! 🇮🇹 🥂

From the Veneto region of Italy, this dry, crisp white w**e is a crowd-pleaser and great with food. The Soave I enjoyed last night had aromas & flavors of lemon and yellow apple, with some yummy saltiness and minerality on the finish. It will pair beautifully with light meats, rich seafood, and salads!

Check out this Soave by Inama Azienda Agricola - the garganega grapes are grown in the famous volcanic soils from the “Classico” sub-zone. The w**e aged for 2 years in stainless steel tanks, maintaining its crisp, fruity flavors, but also gained complexity and texture from spending a few hours with skin contact during maceration and up to 4 months on its lees while aging.

Thanks to all who attended last night’s event, Discover Spain, pt. 2! We enjoyed a biodynamic sparkling w**e by Raventós i Blanc, a bright Albariño by Bodega Tomada De Castro, an organic Tempranillo by Bodegas Santalba Rioja, a smooth Rioja Reserva by Bodegas Ondalán, and an age-worthy Priorat DOQ w**e by Mas Martinet!

All of these w**es, with the exception of the Martinet Bru, are available on the shelves at select DABS stores. The Martinet Bru was a special addition to the lineup, as it was the first case to be delivered to Utah via DABS special order!
