I'm going to have 2 and possibly 4 oinkers that are going to slaughter in January that I would like to try and sell some of. If anyone is interested in halves or wholes for January please reach out and we can discuss pricing. I don't really have room in my freezers so I would really like to sell most of this. Just remember, small batch farm raised pork is not cheaper than store bought, but the quality can not be beat. I will also have piglets to grow in February that will be ready for next December ish depending on what I can get for dates but I will not be growing any pigs without deposits.

Pickled fiddleheads, 42 pints of 4 flavors. They are going out on the stand as of Saturday May 25th. I have plain pickled, Jalapeño, dill and spicy. Once they are gone that is all until next spring. If you would like me to hold any for you please let me know.

12 jars of Dandelion jelly, I could never have imagined what this would taste like. I made it because I've had people ask about it in the past. It's really good! It tastes like honey with a hint of lemon! $6 per jelly it will be available on the stand starting Sunday May 12th.

Mom usually makes the jam, but I had a bunch of fruit that thawed and re-froze so it was mushy and not much good for anything other than jam so I tried my hand at it. The first batch I made was straight rhubarb, Mom has never made straight rhubarb jam so I wanted to give it a try, it's fantastic. Sweet, not too tart but still tastes like rhubarb. You could even add less sugar and make it more tart. The second batch is raspberry rhubarb which Mom makes but we are out of. It tastes delicious! I'm feeling pretty good about my continued expansion of my canning skills. The rhubarb is available on the farm stand bow and the raspberry will be available tomorrow evening.

We have pigs!! We can offer multiple ways to get that pig. You can buy one live right now and take it away $75. You can put a deposit on a whole or half pig for May. The total cost from birth to your freezer is $1450 for a whole and $725 for half. The final option is what you see here, it's new and a way for those people who find that they have trouble coming up with a large amount of money to buy a pig. Weekly payments are sometimes easier for people. Please let me know asap if you are interested in any of these options. I need to make a kill date as soon as I can.
