We make various infused flavored honey's as well as Spun honey, Jams & Apple butter from the fruits on our farm. We sell Local raw honey bees are raised right here in Drexel Missouri on our farm. Honey comb, Infused honey of 9 different flavors. We now make spun honey in 4 different flavors,
Lip balm, Brow balm ,Lotion and Soaps. Pure beeswax for sale as well

Out of 30 hives this year we lost half of them. 😢
They just disappeared in this late season. Wether they died or just left we really have no clue as to what happened but one week before when Cody was working the bees they looked amazing.
We are sad but lucky this happened late in the season or we wouldn't have harvested 1 ton of honey..
The guys from the Agricultural dept at Missouri state University came out last weekend and took two frames of capped honey to have them tested to see if maybe the pesticides or some chemicals that are sprayed over the fields of row crops out here may have killed them.
It will take 45 to 60 days to get these results. Will be interesting to see what they're findings are in this matter. 🤔

It is important to note that we meticulously ensure the bees retain sufficient honey reserves within their hives to sustain them through the winter months, a testament to their diligent efforts throughout the year. We extend our sincere gratitude to our good friend and neighbor Tim Wilson and our son Austen Phillips for their invaluable assistance to Cody during this year's harvest. Their contributions are greatly appreciated. Furthermore, we acknowledge the profound impact of honeybees, without whom many essential food sources vital for our survival would not exist. 🐝🐝🐝

It's that time of year again honey lovers...

We have temporarily converted our garage for our hive boxes into a dehydrating system. Austen and Cody spent 3 days bringing approximately 125 hive boxes filled with honey to dehydrate the honey to a 17% moisture so it doesn't end up fermenting after bejng bottled up.
Next weekend we'll be extracting the honey from each frame from each box to spin in the extractor and then we will strain it into 5 gallon buckets.
Looks like this will be the most productive year thus far. Possibly 2k to 2.5k lbs of honey. 🤞🐝

We have 132 hiveboxes stacked up this year so far. I believe we're going to have the best year yet!

May 2014 was our 1st year doing bees. We have increased our hives and honey production the last 12 years. We're now at 3...

May 2014 was our 1st year doing bees. We have increased our hives and honey production the last 12 years. We're now at 30 hives and I think that will be our limit. We're getting too old for this...😁
