Circle Back Farm Circle Back Farm is a small family owned farm. My primary passion is beekeeping and I produce top quality pure, raw and local honey.

I also produce peaches, nectarines, apples, pears, blackberries and tomatoes.

Hello friends of Circle Back Farm. The honeybees at Circle Back Farm had a very productive, if not a little challenging, year at the farm. Bees are completely dependent on all the variables that ebb and flow in the natural world. This year the clover produced very little usable nectar for the bees, the peaches and nectarines barely bloomed, and our wonderful locusts produced very little pollen.
But honeybees are awesome. They don't stop working just because it's hard. When brood and queens need to be tended, they find a way. And boy did they! This year the bees exploited acres of native wildflowers that we planted , apple blossoms, and everything else they could find, to produce a slightly darker, sweetly floral honey that I think real honey eaters will love.
This years harvest gift box includes...
- 1 pound of pure, raw and unfiltered Circle Back Farm honey.
-12 oz. of delicious creamed honey (a favorite!)
-12 oz of smoky habanero honey.
I grew my own habaneros this year and smoked them before dehydrating them to infuse. Really adds something nice to pizza, fish, chicken and BBQ! I think it came out really nice. I hope you agree!
- I also added lavender to the mix and grew it at the farm (a little sample in the sachet)and hope to experiment with it to flavor some honey next year.

I want to say thank you, again, for allowing me to share something that means so very much to me, and making our gift boxes part of your holiday season.

The boxes are $35.00 again this year and they are ready to go.
Cash or check is good. Venmo is also great..

It's that time of year again! One of my favorite ways to share the farm and the things I'm passionate about, is through these holiday gift boxes. I just love the whole process. We are so grateful that folks have trusted us, year after year, to provide this pure, natural goodness for you and your family. The fact that many of you give them as gifts is even more gratifying. Thank you for that. So this year I mixed it up! We, of course, include a full pound of our pure, raw honey, and Back by popular demand...delicious creamed honey! And because many asked for it...some "hot" honey! It came out so good...I just love it. For 24 hours...I infused my honey with some delicious habanero peppers and dried chilies. It's got a hint of smokey heat that I think will be great for cooking, for dips, or to drizzle on anything that needs a kick! I also included some fun info, a packet of 'bee friendly' seeds, some treats and a sachet of some really nice lavender. I know the boxes are coming out a little late and I appreciate everyone's patience. (We just moved!!) Reach out and let me know what I can get ready for you. You can pick them up here at the house, or I'll deliver if that helps. Here a few pics of this years offering and the process. Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from you! Happy holidays!
